LeadershipX AI – Foundation (LXB-AI 101)

This four-week foundational course is designed for early professionals, journalists, and team leads looking to integrate artificial intelligence into their daily leadership practice. The curriculum focuses on building AI awareness alongside emotional intelligence, shifting how decisions are made in a technology-driven environment. Participants will develop practical skills in AI-assisted communication, including writing and storytelling, and learn to manage teams where human and machine collaboration is the norm.
