Institutional Registration & Onboarding Process

IntelliSmart provides verified access to top talent and students across universities, hospitals, and corporates. To ensure a smooth onboarding and fair access to the platform, please follow the process below:

 

Step 1: Complete the Registration Form

• Institutions submit the online registration form with basic details: institution name, type (hospital, university, corporate), authorized representative, contact information, and intended use of the platform.

• This is the first step to express interest and create an institutional record.

Step 2: Submit Letter of Intent (LOI)

• After completing the registration form, institutions are required to submit a signed LOI indicating their intent to join IntelliSmart.

• The LOI should include:

  1. Institution name and type

  2. Purpose of platform usage (talent access, internships, collaborations, recruitment)

  3. Authorized signatory name and contact

  4. Signature and date

• A sample LOI template is available for download to make submission easier.

Step 3: Onboarding Fee

• Once the LOI is received and approved, the institution will receive an invoice for a one-time onboarding fee, based on the type and size of the institution.​

• Payment of the onboarding fee is required to activate platform access.

• 10% discount applicable to multi-unit institutions.

Step 4: Access and Platform Usage

Universities / Hospitals

• After onboarding fee payment, institutions will receive login credentials within 48 hours.

• Universities and hospitals can:

  • Upload student profiles, course or internship details, and institutional documents

  • Share profiles with prospective partner institutions, employers, and hospitals for collaborations or internships

Corporate Organizations

• After login, corporates can:

  • Download verified profiles of students and candidates on a per-profile basis

  • Connect with candidates for recruitment, internships, and research projects

Step 5: Liaisoning & Partnership Support

Once a token fee of $499 is paid (deductible from the total payable fee for the initiative/collaboration), we will:

• Forward your institution profile to relevant partners.

• Actively seek Letters of Intent (LOIs) from potential collaborators.

• In addition, we are exploring contributors and sponsors to support and scale this initiative.

Step 6: Profile Access & Data Usage

• All profile access is secured and verified to ensure confidentiality and quality.

• Profiles are available for download at a fee of $1 per profile. Special prices are available on bulk requests.

• Institutions may download profiles based on their subscription and per-profile download rates.

• Misuse or unauthorized sharing of data may result in account suspension or permanent revocation of access.
