1. $5 Skill Course: Complete a training module to qualify for selection.

2. Campaign Contribution & Recruitment:

   • Recruit at least 5 candidates for our program.

   • Sell and promote online courses until your target milestone is achieved.

   • Interview VIPs.

   • Upload stories that matter.

3. Performance-Based Incentives: Earn while learning — your effort directly translates to rewards.

4. Full-Time Placement: Once the target is achieved, receive official documents and full-time hiring as part of IntelliMediaX.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote IntelliMediaX online courses and crowdfunding campaigns.

• Recruit and mentor new candidates to join the program.

• Create and share engaging media content for campaigns.

• Track performance, ensure target milestones are met, and optimize campaigns.

• Contribute to cross-vertical projects, gaining hands-on experience in media, innovation, and education.
